Chef`s Cafe in Spring Hill

Our meal was good....small diner...I think they had just the 1 waitress working the entire floor by herself...but she was banging it out as fast as it was coming out of the kitchen....food came in the average amount of time...breakfast potatoes husband ordered were really good..I had breakfast burrito...also very good. Had to ask waitress her name, it wasn't offered (that's just a personal preference I have, I like to know the name of the person that waits on us) and although she checked on us after our food was delivered, she never refilled our drinks...(wasn't that big of a deal or I would've asked for them to be refilled) again, I'm pretty sure she was handling the dining room by herself and did a great job at it all in all.

Ordered eggs Benedict, waited an hour eggs were cooked perfect, hollindaise sauce was cold and coagulated. Came with my choice of a side of home fries. Waitress dropped the food never came back again. I like ketchup with my home fries. Apparently she didn’t think I wanted any because she never asked. one waitress, one cook, guy at the counter with dirty paint pants bringing people coffee and water WTH is that? I did see the waitress one more time.....when I went to her to get my check. What a shame with a few decent waitresses and some organization I think it could be a hot spot.

I am a repeat customer, they have amazing sausage gravy and biscuits, everytime I have ordered eggs they come out perfectly. staff is friendly , attentive, courteous. The food is quick, hot and very tasty. Weather you are by yourself or with a group you are always made to feel welcome.

This set of twins put on a very good performance, the female impersonated has a great voice. This was a pleasant evening.

I love this cafe the food is always amazing and the service is on point. Highly recommend
